Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations: All charitable contributions to Tomorrow's Tails Animal Rescue directly fund animal rescue operations, veterinary procedures, and food supplies. As such, donations are final and non-refundable.

Adoption Fees: Adoption fees offset medical and rehabilitation expenses incurred prior to placement and are non-refundable. If an adopted animal is examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) business days of adoption and diagnosed with a previously undisclosed major medical condition, Tomorrow's Tails will review the return and refund on a case-by-case basis as stipulated in the adoption contract.

Recurring Contributions: If you set up a recurring monthly donation, you may cancel at any time prior to the next scheduled charge by contacting us directly.

Tomorrow's Tails Animal Rescue respects your privacy. We collect personal details (including your name, email address, phone number, and home address) solely for processing adoptions, reviewing foster applications, and issuing donation receipts.

We do not store complete payment card credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely via third-party PCI-compliant processors (such as Stripe). We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party commercial entities.

By using this website, you agree to access its resources solely for legitimate personal and animal welfare purposes, including adopting, fostering, or contributing financially to our mission.

Submitting an adoption or foster inquiry does not guarantee approval. Tomorrow's Tails Animal Rescue reserves the right to decline applications or request additional vetting to safeguard the welfare of the animals in our care.
